- The refund request is made within 48 hours of receiving the product
To qualify for a refund, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
Items Not Eligible for Refund
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Innerwear, socks, or clearance/discounted items (unless defective)
- Products with minor color variation due to screen or lighting differences
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Refund Process
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the refund request
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7โ10 working days
Refund Methods
- Online payments: Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or mobile banking (bKash/Nagad)
- Customers must provide valid bank account or mobile banking details for COD refunds
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items returned with visible signs of use or missing tags
- Items returned after the 48-hour return window but within 7 days (subject to approval)
Delivery Charges
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error
- If the return is a result of our mistake (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return delivery cost
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account or mobile banking app again
- Contact your bank or card issuer, as processing times may vary
