Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The product size does not fit (exchange only, subject to availability)
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper handling
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Innerwear, socks, or clearance/discounted items (unless defective)
- Color variation issues due to screen or lighting differences
Return & Exchange Process
- Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number, product details, and reason for return/exchange
- Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process
- Once received and inspected, the exchange or refund will be processed
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed once per order
- Exchange is subject to product availability
- Customers may need to pay additional delivery charges if applicable
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for defective or incorrect items
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile banking
- Refund processing time: 7โ10 working days after product inspection
Delivery Charges
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable
- Return or exchange delivery costs may be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to our error
